Squash Pie

2 cups peeled, seeded, cooked and mashed squash
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 egg
1 can evaporated milk (12 oz)
2 1/4 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons flour

Blend together and pour in two unbaked pie shells.
Bake at 350 for about an hour.
Stick knife in center of pie to see if it's done (just like you check a pumpkin pie)
