1 cup cooked rice
1 cup chicken stock
3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 cup cooked chicken, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
grated cheese
salt and pepper
Place rice in greased casserole dish and add stock. Stir
Cover with layers of egg slices and chicken. Pour soup over mixture.
Top with grated cheese.
Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
