4 cups fresh bread (broken up)
1 can chunk pineapple, drained
3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup butter
In a bowl, combine pineapple and bread, toss together.
In separate bowl, combine eggs, sugar, and butter (do not melt butter)
Mix together on low speed.
Pour over bread mixture
cook on 375 for 35-45 minutes or until top is brown.
