Rice Pudding by Sister Janette Bingham from Arizona

whip 5 eggs till fluffy
Add: 2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 teaspoons cinnamon
dash salt
Stir and then add 2 cups milk
mix well
Add 2 cups cooked rice (not minute rice)
1 cup raisins
Stir well
Place a tablespoon of butter across top
Bake 1 1/2  - 2 hours hours on 350
As it cooks, scrape sides and bottom so rice doesn't stick.
Ready when set.
