My sweet friend Ashley, from New Orleans shared this recipe with me many years ago and it's still one of my favorite soups. ( I usually double the recipe)
1 stick margarine or butter
1 onion
1 pk. Green onions (chopped)
1 lb. crawfish tails
2 cans cream corn
2 cans cream of potato soup
2 caps liquid crab boil
1 teaspoon Tony’s seasoning
1 cup half & half milk
Sautee green onions in margarine.
Add crawfish tails
Sautee longer
Add potato soup and corn
Cook on low 20 minutes
Add half & half milk
Cook on low 15 minutes
Add crab boil and Tony’s
Cook 10 minutes on low
