2 small yellow squash, julienned
2 small zucchini, julienned
1 red bell pepper, julienned
1/3 cup chopped onion
3 Tablespoons veg. oil
2 Tablespoons cider vinegar or white wine vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon mayo
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. celery seeds
1/4 tsp. pepper
Combine squash, zucchini, bell pepper, and onion in a large bowl.
Mix the oil, vinegar, sugar, mayo, dill weed, garlic salt, celery seeds and pepper in a small bowl.
Pour over the squash mixture and toss to coat.
Chill, covered, until ready to serve.
Serves 4 to 6.
